Looking for a Couch to 5K running group or similar - Lorraine (14th Nov 2017 - 05:57:27) Hi I saw on here a while ago details for a group but can't find it. Anyone know any details? I'd like to get back into running but need motivation and a group would be great. Thanks

He did run one last year, which started around February/March. If you can wait, I would thoroughly recommend Dan's course, he is an amazing coach.
