The Bay of Bramshott
- FlowerPower (27th Jan 2025 - 19:14:16)

A message to drivers to be very careful as The Bay of Bramshott appears to have grown with the recent weather. When approaching Church Road from the Liphook side please be careful as the water is now over 2 feet deep in places. Would suggest low sports cars find alternative route. Pedestrians please bring a dingy. There’s no pavement visible and walking through the village from one end to the other is now not possible from the Liphook end and is extremely dangerous. You won’t be able to see the pavement for a few days. Obviously this has been reported but as our Highways Councillor is also a village resident (at the Burgh Hill end) we live in hope that someone will come along and hoover this up! In the meantime as the tide laps gently across our Bay of Bramshott perhaps boat trips will be organised to cheer us all up during this dark cold January! Help! We are sinking! Gulp!

I'm guessing this is half way along Church Road. One end is 118m above sea level, the other is 117m. In the middle it's only 97m !
