Nectar Points Stolen
- Bee (25th Nov 2024 - 21:35:32)

I realise I am not alone as I’ve seen posts elsewhere about people in Liphook having their Nectar points stolen.
My points were spent in Cobham, Richmond and two places in London. I have been lucky that I have been issued a new card and my points restored but I am concerned it could happen again. How do these people manage to do this?
Maybe I should spend them now while I still have them.

Me too, mine were spent in Camden London.
Sainsbury’s have issued new card and returned points.
Check your points every one

Hello,

This happened to me too on Saturday 8,500 points stolen twice in London and once in Middlesbrough. My dad had the same issue..

Glad to of sorted it with Nectar - I think Liphook Sainsburys was targeted!

Does anyone know how this is happening? Are people cloning nectar cards somewhere ?

It happens because Nectar have absolutely zero security. You can spend points with just a nectar number so it’s possible to just randomly guess numbers and use someone’s nectar points.
