Seamstress needed to make mini custom curtains

Hi every one im wondering if theres anyone handy in town that can help me make some mini curtains for a project the windows they cover for scale are about 30cm high 50cm wide, but i can supply a complete set of old curtains to copy i just want to change the fabric.
