Mindfullness classes

New mindfulness and movement classes starting on Tuesday 5th October at the Liphook Methodist Church.
The classes will include gentle mindful mobilisation movements, plus a range of static standing and walking, seated and lying mindfulness exercises.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Come along and get some peace of mind.
Classes are £9 each pay as you go. Just turn up and enjoy or contact Glen for more information 07951 888565.

Mindfulness class tonight at 7.30 at the Methodist church.
Gain some peace of mind, come along and relax.
