Hollycombe Steam Open Again
- Lucy Twynham (13th Aug 2021 - 21:21:28)

Hi Liphook residents,

Hollycombe Steam was able to re-open last weekend for Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in August. Open Wednesdays and Sundays in September.

Come along for a unique family day out and support a local charity on your doorstep;

Entry price includes;
~Narrow Gauge Railway~ ~Trailer Rides~ ~Garden Railway~ ~Steam Farm~ ~Children’s Rides*~ ~Hot Food~ ~Beam Engine~ ~Portable Steam Engines~ ~Candy Floss~ ~Haunted House~ ~Fairground Hoopla~ ~Traction Engines~ ~Steam Rollers~ ~Steam Lorry~ ~Gardens~
~Fairground Organs~

*Children’s Rides suitable for children aged 3-8 years old

Covid-19 presented Hollycombe with the opportunity to undertake on-going, in-depth conservation and maintenance work on our historic fairground rides so the main fairground area will be closed. This investment is an important step in ensuring the rides continue to be here for future generations. Children’s rides will still form part of our offering.

Thank you for reading!

Lucy

This was very good value pre-covid, but out of my budget now I'm afraid. I know venues such as this lost a lot of money during covid (and received generous government handouts as well) but in the current cost of living crisis the admission fees are out of my reach. Has the fairground re-opened yet?
