Milk&More
- LORAC (19th Jul 2021 - 14:19:24)

Does anyone in Liphook use Milk&More delivery service? Today my milkman failed to deliver my Monday order and as yet I have not had any explanation why. I phoned the number on their website, but after nearly one hour I gave up as the messages went round in a continuous loop. I tried their website, still useless, despite their advice on the phone to use the website to resolve issues. I could write to head office in Aldershot but I suspect the letter will be lost in a pile of unanswered queries. I have since learnt that Milk&More stop any deliveries to people who do not have internet; an elderly person I know of has faced this dilemma and has had to rely on the help of a friend to keep an online account with Milk&More. Their website and customer service is quite shoddy and totally unhelpful. If this does not improve I shall have to return to supermarket milk, with all the issues of plastic, AGAIN! Our poor milkman will no doubt lose out as well all because M&More cannot maintain a usable website or answer the phone any time soon.

Copied from Liphook Community Board, there are quite a few people
affected by this today.

I phoned this morning to check . Apparently our round isn't happening today. Lots of staff sickness and the Liphook round isn't one they have been able to cover. Should get an automatic refund but also useful to know they won't be coming so you can still pick up your supplies without double buying x

Yes this is ridiculous about the internet access, my elderly parents have just cancelled after having a milkman forever basically because although they technically have the internet they're not savvy enough to manage things online so they've thrown in the towel. Ridiculous that they're forcing out some of the people who rely most upon them and missing out on their custom as well. It's so premature, not everyone lives half their life online and they need to account for that.

Yes I was confused by no milk. Luckily I had a food shop bringing me milk the same day because I've paused all my deliveries now till September as I'm getting fed up of having to stay up to bring the milk in as it's delivered at 23:10 and in this heat goes off overnight if I don't.

But also means I've got loads of empty milk bottles sitting on my doorstep till then 🤦ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸
