Can I just ask, When was the last time that anyone saw a police officer in the village.
I don't mean a police vehicle, driving through the village in the middle od the day, not stopping, and on its way elsewhere.

I have the answer......they are all here in Cornwall with the Army, air force, half the navy and judging from the number plates...half the population of Hampshire.
I will stay in the garden stare at Dartmoor and have fond memories of Liphook...cheer up people!.
