Ajax building.
- OLLIE (6th Apr 2021 11:16:32)

Does anyone know whats happening to the Ajax building? seems to be a lot of activity going on.

Would make a lovely care home.

Not sure what's happening but Liphook should think big, take the ajax building and knock it down join up with the little rec area and level ALL the buildings.(I would include the Church, but may be a step too far).

Rebuild the library with a purpose built structure rather than a conversion, and with the land build a link road to avoid the square, partition a portion for a nice purpose built concrete and steel skate park, and the rest nice housing, the developers could pay for the library and skate park hence better facilities for Liphook at no cost to taxpayers.

AF, you made a post nearly identical to this on the "Allianz" thread on the 12th September last year.

From what I have heard the Allianz buildings have been sold. Don't know who to but that is the reason for the activity
