He’s very good at writing his own tripadvisor reviews though! Missed those over the last few months, very entertaining

I really hope for the sake of Liphook that the Anchor has changed management and ownership. It was one of the greatest things about our village 10 years ago but has since developed into the worst thing about our village. Shame :-(

Hi,
Why anyone would spend their hard earned in such for many years a poor quality establishment. May suit some as always, but poor quality drinks, food, and cleanliness, both bar area, outside facilities, and toilets.
If it ever improves I welcome it, but history says sadly it will not.

I know i'm going against the flow but i think the Anchor is good.

Nice big portions at a good price.

There are other pubs/restaurants such as The Links and The Deers Hut which offer a higher quality experience but you pay alot more.

I say keep the Anchor as it is, and as for the management i have no problem with them in my experience.

Oh and by the way I do not and never have worked for the anchor and have no connection with anyone that works there.

@ Claire.

That's a very good question.
