Dog barking all day, Portsmouth road??

Anyone else hear or bothered by the dog that seems to bark for most of the day at the village square end of Porstmouth Road? Possibly near to the Royal Mail sorting office area??
It seems pretty constant so I can only assume it’s left in the garden all day in its own :o(

There is also a very stressed out dog that has been barking most days on London Road this week ( house by the horse’s field) . I believe this dog is also sadly left on its own all day. People can be so cruel to animals.
