Who is the numpty in the old banger who is regularly driving around Liphook notably London Rd to A3 at high speeds. His car has an illegally loud exhaust system which make very loud bangs on overun. This is scaring animals/ is an antisocial nuisance. The police have been informed but we need more evidence to proceed. We have set cameras but as yet have failed to link this idiot to his old banger.

They were heading from Haslemere to Liphook at 6.35pm tonight along the Linchmere Road and it backfired as it went past me in the opposite dieection! It scared the heebie jeebies out of me!

You're quite right Dave. I'm boring with my young children trying to sleep. My neighbour's boring being a bit older and being frightened by the ridiculous large exhaust noise. Perhaps if the perpetrator could grow up and act their age, we could all live happily and mind our own business.

The one with the peoples' needs who expects all to compensate for him is the sad numpty insisting in making awful noise where was quieter before. Windows do nothing for that kind of noise.

Well said Nose. You have to be very selfish to drive a car that makes so much noise. There is no defence.
I laughed when the Golf in question went past me the other day as couldn’t believe that anyone would want to drive such a noisy car.

It is probably illegal and has no MOT or insurance cover. Modifications on insurance cost a lot of money.

The crew whom do this organise mass rallies around the village in direct response to peoples complaints on this website. The police are aware and will pop down on the next rally to catch them either for noise and or the occasional time they pass the village speed limits.
Just a bunch of Halfords hooligans with the bean can parts worth more than the vehicle they started with, Must be embarrassing for them driving around in public in those skips

Due to budget cuts. Police will have their fiesta 1.1 pursuit car ready and a granny on a bicycle to take over the chase when required :)

Don’t knock Halfords. I got sone sick green go faster stripes for me car. They go with the furry dice and me Dave and Shazza windscreen banner :) I guess yous lots are just jealous of what i spend me hard earned Furlough on :)

Been passing the new speed indicator sign on London Rd and it flashes up only 30 every time i pass no matter how fast i go. So me drivin is sick man. Thanks again all ya lot for payin for me banging exhaust and Halfords goodies. Just waiting for me next Furlough to roll in to get me sick with extra carrot bass amp installed :)
