Yoga and Ta chi in Liphook

Small and friendly regular Yoga and Tai Chi classes, in Liphook at the Methodist Church, for all ages and abilities.
Help yourself feel better, by stretching, toning, moving, mobilising and relaxing.
Tai Chi Tuesdays 11.30am and Thursdays 7pm.
Yoga Tuesdays 7.30pm, Wednesdays 8pm and Fridays 7pm
