Train Consultation

Has anyone seen the notice in the station about a consultation on changing the timetable to remove some early and late trains on Monday to Thursday to give network rail more time to complete engineering work, and provide more late night trains on the weekend.
I have looked on the website and can find no information on this, we need more trains not less.
I often get the first train in the morning at 0515 and by London it is full, so is needed, are we all going to have to fit in the next train which is already busy.

Doesn't seem to be any changes to our line.
