Got to agree with Jane here. Vaping is a healthier alternative to smoking and should be treated as such. Their are still dozens of health issues associated with vaping. Vaping can still cause:
-Lower's the ability to fight infections physiology.org/...
-Known to cause 'popcorn' lungs ehp.niehs.nih.gov/...
And more health conditions.
Tattoos can cause:
-Allergic reactions
-Skin infections
-Blood born diseases
and in rare cases can even interfere with an MRI Scan and affect the quality of the imaging.

Can’t wait we need a place to go and chill sick and listen to our tunes. Healthier than smoking and everyone has tats these days. Got me Shaza and Baz recently and gonna get me pin done so I don’t forget it.

Oh I'm against it. Fancy having a shop that encourages people to give up smoking for an at least 90% healthier alternative. Fancy having a shop that sells art work.
I'm not a NIMBY snob at all.
A shop selling alcohol is, of course, fine.

If you knew any teenagers you would know that they are bypassing cigarettes and going straight to vaping - rather than nothing at all. The effects of which long term we still don’t know same with ink re tattoos.
What I object to is that we have an abundance of shop needs in Liphook and not one which encourages late night loitering or those that claim they have no money but seem to always find it for vaping and the latest “”tatt”!

Would be great to stop in and vape away tthe stress of life in the slow lane. It could also make a good local venue for us musicians. Nothing better than practicing our drums and electric guitars🎸 and blasting out free entertainment to the locals.

I don't vape and I don't fancy a tattoo, but some people do so i'm in favour of this enterprise best of luck to the owners. Just because you don't intend to use this new venture does not mean it's wrong.
I don't use the travel agents in Liphook or the Indian Takeaway or the estate agents but i'm not against them.
Lets have a bit of live and let live, variety is the spice of life.
And lets remember whats the alternative to the plumbase site a derelict eyesore or more housing,
