Fusion Flow classes - Glen Robertson (25th Jul 2018 - 14:38:56) New Fusion Flow classes starting on Wednesday 8th August at 7.00pm. Classes will last for one and will be a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and bodyweight exercises to promote health, fitness, mobility and flexibility. £8 per class, pay as you go - all ages and abilities welcome. Flow Classes - Wednesday 7pm - a combination of yoga,Tai Ci and general fitness. Stretch and get fitter £8 per class Mindfulness session - Wednesday 8pm - get some mental space midweek with a 40 minute class including many forms of mindfulness £5 per class. Martial arts workshops for children (Systema) - Glen (15th Aug 2018 - 16:21:19) As part of the Liphook Community Activity and Wellness Days at the Millennium Centre on 20th 22nd and 24th August, three free classes will be offered for children in the art of Systema. Systema is a Russian Martial art that focusses on self-defence, using relaxed movement, breathing and coordination. The classes are fun and interactive and designed to promote healthy well-balanced children whist at the same time providing excellent skills in awareness and self-defence. The Classes are run by Glen Robertson, a fully approved Systema Instructor, and they will be from 10.30-12.30am on all three days of the event. Children and their parents are welcome to come along and join in to experience the benefits of systema. Regular children classes in Systema will begin in September on Saturday mornings at 11am.
