UPDATED CLASS SCHEDULE
If you’re fed up of the gym, or if you don’t think you’re getting the most from it... look no further. I’m now running 6 circuits/bootcamp classes in Liphook!
When are they held?
6pm Monday
6:15pm and 7pm Wednesday
9am and 6:15pm Thursday
10:30am Saturday

I highly recommend Jack. If you want the fittest you and put in some hard work great results can be achieved.
