| Alzheimers Society East Hants | Alzheimers Society is pleased to be able to provide a new service to those affected by Dementia. If you have just been told you have dementia you may feel frightened and unsure about what the future holds. We will work with you to make sure you have all the information you need to help you to continue living the life you want for as long as possible.
Your relatives, carers or friends may also be feeling anxious about your diagnosis and concerned for the future. Our Dementia Advice Service can help them too by providing support and information to equip you all for the journey ahead.
