The River Wey Trust (RWT) is a lead organisation in the
conservation of the Southern Way in Hampshire, Surrey and West
Sussex. The Southern Way is defined as the river and
tributaries and adjoining river valley landscape. Conservation
in this context takes the form of active conservation work by
volunteers & paid staff including in partricular work on
watermeadow artifacts, access, management and interpretation. A
book is available,
leaflets about important sites, visits including for schools
and talks.
