Horse riding lessons for children - Sharon (29th Nov 2012 - 09:42:12) Hi, I know this has been on talkback before, but I can't get the 'search talkback' to work - I just keep getting a list of everything! Anyway, I'm looking for a place near Passfield/Liphook to do some horse riding - probably just a one-off 'have a go' to start with, and maybe more lessons in the future. I know there are plenty around, but I know nothing about the equestrian side of our community!! Hi Sharon, yes 'search' has broken and a few attempts to fix it have failed ! I'll push them to have another go.

My daughter has occasional lessons and they are lovely about it. Have tried other local facilities who are less easy to deal with on an occasional basis. Springwood asked a lot about my daughter's level and my daughter rates them highly compared to other places she has been to - not all local.

Re: Horse riding lessons for children - Marian (29th Nov 2012 - 20:21:45) Try hewshottfarmstables.co.uk. My daughter has been riding there for a couple of years and has loved every minute. Very flexible arrangements for lessons - pay as you go. And the ponies are excellent.
