Secret Location - Carnival

Hi,
I am really going to stick my neck out on this one. And apologise if the person concerned wished I didn’t.
On speaking to one of the regular entrants of the Carnival, found out that they possibly might have to pull out due to not having anywhere suitable to build their float. That would be a disaster - so if anyone does have suitable local facilities perhaps you could contact the editor, who in return could send it to me.
It must be worth a try.
