Music Quiz this Friday - Tom Garrad (20th Nov 2012 - 17:51:02) Interested in pitting your knowledge of music from the 1960's to modern day whilst at the same time raising money for two worthy charities? Haslemere and District Round Table are building on the success of last years' quiz where we were able to raise funds for much needed medical equipment for Haslemere First Responders. This year we are once again 'keeping it local' with two charities (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Action for Ataxia-Telangiectasia) being the beneficiaries of funds raised. Whilst they are national charities, they are helping children in both Liphook and Haslemere. The event is being held at The Georgian Hotel in Haslemere and tickets are £15 inclusive of food (a mild chilli or vegetarian option).
