We were very disappointed, the fish was soggy & not good & as for the chips we threw them away !! A complete waste of money. The customer service isn't great either ! However, the chip shop in station road is far better, in our opinion. The chips are lovely, really crisp & fresh, with great pots.! The fish, is fresh, freshly cooked and moreish. Pleasant service, and altogether a better deal. They are consistent, we have now been there a few times, each experience was great ! We are happy to drive past the Headly road & travel just a little further, for much better quality.

Nice light batter on the fish which was cooked to order and the chips were great although the portion was somewhat larger than I could eat! Staff were cheerful and obliging and the shop was spotlessly clean. I have only once been to the Station Road shop and I'll not be going back.

However, I have to say the quality is greatly improved since it came under new management again recently, in my opinion the best it's been for years and this household will certainly be regulars. Understand the new manager came up from Weymouth, so clearly knows a thing or two about Fish 'n Chips! Stataion Road also brill by the way!
