Water supply

Seems we have no water in Liphook.
South East Water emergency line 0845 602 1724, suggests that a major burst in Liss could be the problem - is that likely ?

water should be back on around 9 or 10
on the farnham road in liss

when i rang them they couldn't give a time scale as to when supply would be back on but the 9 or 10 could have been said after i rang them at about 6.20 ish
