BT Vision signal

Is anybody who has BT Vision been losing their signal lately? Despite having a new digital aerial put up plus a new TV set it seems to be happening more and more. Most frustrating to say the least.

Hi Paul,
Yup - this seems to be an inherent problem with their software and the only way to sort it is to re-format. The good news is that it only takes a fraction of the time that initial set-up takes. Good old BT!

Thanks for that information, the only problem is that I'm not of a technical mind - being an oldie - how do I adjust the format?

Just go through the set-up routine (to get the channels) that you did when you first got the product; should be ok..... until the next time!
