Cold calling

Did anybody else experience the 2 salesman from talk talk doing the rounds yesterday?
Apparently talk talk have installed new equipment so broadband is much faster in this area now and not forgetting they are doing half price sim card deals .........their words were they are not trying to sell me anything!
Yeah right!

Yes and apparently because they no longer use BT lines they are passing the saving on to their customers. He seemed surprised when I said that as a long term customer I had heard nothing about it and assured me that saving should be available to both new and old customers.
Plus they are the only ones in a long time to take no notice of our "No cold callers" sign from Money Saving Expert website which was recommended by contributers to this site.
