Retirement Homes - do they want TV?

I have two really nice TV's 27 inch I think, both in excellent working order. I have no room for them in my new smaller house and would really like to give them to a good cause where they will be appreciated. Can someone suggest something? I thought that there might be a retirement home or something similar in our area? I would hate to see them dumped in the tip.

There is a charity, locally somewhere that deals in house goods for the less fortunate cant remember the name of it does anyone out there know of this place. If so plse advise then perhaps the tellys can be donated there....

Thanks for that - I have really set my heart on donating them to a retirement home if there is one, though. When my Dad was in one for a while, the TV was awful and always on the blink.

Contact them anyway and say u want it to go to a retirment home or...contact help the aged
