Single room for rent

I have a single furnished bedroom within a 2 bedroom ground floor flat.
£95 per week. Rent includes all bills except telephone. Broadband/wi-fi included.
Excellent central location. Nice outlook over communal grounds. Short walk to station (10min) and local shops (2min).
Room has single bed, hanging wardrobe, small understairs cupboard, small chest of drawers.
Will consider a Monday to Friday let at revised rate.
Shared use of kitchen, lounge, bathroom (shower only), and washing machine.
Suit working professional person who is neat and tidy.
