Good time to tell them what you think of the new blue trains (450s) + the fare increases!

You can expect to receive one-to-one responses to concerns raised at these sessions and gain an insight into the running of our business. Your feedback at these sessions is also utilised by us to implement strategies to improve the services and facilities we offer you."
