More electricity cuts

Two electricity cuts in two days.
Is this a record . . . or is it an indication of a system weakness that will continue to result in further cuts.
For the record the weather cannot be blamed for these recent incidents as on both occasions there were no adverse conditions at the time.

It's been like this for years in Liphook. Never have got any sense out of Southern Electric.
