Liphook A3 Services

Does anyone know what is happening to the old A3 services Little Chef which has been shut for a while now? I have heard that it may be converted into a Starbucks, however I am rather suprised, especially as Old Thorns have a Starbucks, and that is rather near to one of the A3 exits.
