Hosepipe Ban Lifted

So the drought is over then?
I am pleased to see that the various water utiliies have finally lifted the hosepipe ban, and we can all go back to using this resource in a responsible manner.
It is nice to know that having complied fully with the Order for most of 2006 (whereas most of my neighbours didn't, but that's another post), I am once again safe in the knowledge that I am doing my bit (yet still washing the car occasionally, etc etc) and the only wastage is still coming from the underground assets that our beloved Utility fails to maintain adequately.
