Radford park

Could somebody enlighten me as to what is going on in Radford park parking area!
Whilst walking through I noticed some sort of building works going on just wondered if anybody would know............

have no fear they are going to put new steps in and re plant the bank

The previous steps were taken away and the remaining gap had turned into a slippery ski-slope.
The Parish Council decided this was an unsightly and possibly dangerous state of affairs and have taken action to put it right.
You can look forward to a new set of steps and also, (I seek confirmation here) the lovely Liphook in Bloom team are talking to the Parish Council about planting up and making it a really lovely area.

Some well earned money spent on removing the steps!! some well earned money spent on replacing the steps!!! Wonder why the powers that be are not trusted isn't it!!??
