Telecommunications Tower - Malthouse Meadows

Just wondered if anyone had noticed planning application F.49948/000/TEL on the EHDC website which is for a 15m telecoms mast and associated equipment at Malthouse Meadows, GU30 7BD.
In terms of size and scale it looks very similar to the proposed one on the Headley Road that was rejected.
We have until 12th Feb to comment.
