hole in the square
- rob (18th Jan 2007 - 08:43:00)

There's a big deep hole opening up in the road on the north side of The Square. Only a matter of time before someone has an accident (or falls in and gets lost).

What chance of transferring a couple of blokes in yellow jackets from the pedestrian crossing in Headley Road to sort this one out?

rob.

and what about the hole in the Co-op carpark - I nearly got stuck down there the other night!

Perhaps we should just leave these holes alone, maybe that way all the school run traffic will disappear down them and we would be left with nice quiet roads !!

Or someone could fix them, as well as countless others in and around liphook, including one along the Hollywater Rd that knackered my tyre and wheel and is going to cost me over 200 quid! I feel the bill will be sent the council's way.

regarding your damaged wheel; Hampshire County Council (Highways Dept) are legally respoisible for this and you are entitled to claim the cost of repairign it.
