Christmas Tree recycling

Does anyone know of anywhere locally that will recycle Christmas trees?

I'm sure any of the local recycling centres would take them. Otherwise Xmas trees are being collected for recycling in Beacon Hill car park between 11 and 12.30 on Sunday 7 according to the Herald. There may be a similar facililty in Liphook but I haven't seen it advertised.

Hi,
They are shredding Christmas trees in the Wey Hill car park in haslemere tomorrow between 9am and 11am i think.

What sort of efreeko is going to pay postage so they can get hold of a dead christmas tree? Have you understood what this site (which is potentially very good) is actually about?

I wrongly assumed it was an artificial Christmas tree!
I consider myself publicly berated for my error which may have caused grave offence....
