Newspaper Deliveries

Is anyone else having problems with Newspaper deliveries from Balfour News? Especially at the weekends.
I had assumed that the problem was with the paper boy/girl wanting a lay in at the weekend, as I know how difficult it can be to recruit a reliable paper boy/girl.
It was alledged today that the papers had not been delivered because 'Management' had not been able to make up the rounds so the paper boys had been sent home.
If this a more than a localised problem I think their Head Office may appreciate some concerted customer feedback (tel: 0208 848 3701).
