BT Landlines

Does anyone else who visits this site find themselves affected by the serious fault that will cause some BT landline telephones (16 lines in Liphook altogether apparently) to be out of action until at least 26/10? Seems that they cannot get an engineer to look at the fault until that date. No amount of protest seems to deter BT from relegating this problem to the bottom of their list of priorities.
