I have been woken up the last two nights by a loud drilling noise that I suspect emanates from the A3 direction. Does anyone know anything about this work?is it legal to carry out work of this nature late at night in the close proximity of the village?

I heard the same noise last night at around 11.00pm. It sounded as if it is coming from the A3
