Beginner’s Running Group

Starts Saturday 1st September 2012
Devil’s Punchbowl Café, Hindhead
Run England and the Haslemere Border Athletics Club are
offering a free 10-week beginners’ programme designed
to introduce new people to the pleasures and benefits of
running in a safe, friendly and non-competitive
environment.
The group will meet every Saturday at 9am and will be led
by a U.K. Athletics licensed Leader in Running Fitness. Pre-registration is required for participation.
