Caring Dog Owners

As a dog owner I applaud those careful owners who clear up after their dogs using supermarket carrier bags. However I always thought that the idea was to take these bags either home for disposal or in the thoughtfully provided special bins.
Not so it seems in the meadows off the Headley Road where they border the bypass. Just inside the gateway someone with a dog, with extremely regular habits, or perhaps several people observing a trend, have chosen to lob their little knotted carrier bags into the hedge.
Now dog mess left in long grass to be broken down by the elements would probably disappear in a matter of weeks but cocooned in plastic and impaled on a branch above the ground these noisome packages will probably be there long after the dogs and their owners have passed away.
Please play the game and dispose of your dog waste properly.

In the process of training my dog at present, however he's only just got the hang of getting those carrier bags open by rubbing his paws together...
