Anybody knows of a small flat available for rent in Liphook village?

I don't know if it's still available or not but i moved out of a lovely little flat in Liphook just over a month ago
The landlord was Simon Coyte 07980 967529 i would suggest giving hima call to see if it's still available.
Two bed flat with big kitchen and living room, centraly based within the village with parking and has it's own garden.
A real gem of a place.

Unfortunately both places mentioned above are no longer available. I will have to keep looking. Thanks and please do let know if you can think of any other ideas. D

The lease on our flat in Liphook Square (garden & parking) will be up towards the end of August, we will not be renewing it as we have just purchased, we will be moving out towards the start of the month, so there is the possibility of negotiation on the move in date depending on how fast you need to move. The flat is of good size but the landlord is more than useless and never carries out repairs or follows up with issues.

It isn't currently advertised as its not on the market yet, we dont need to give out notice for a week or so yet. current rent is 650 for 2 bed flat.
