land for liphook united

my last message was posted in wrong section . ., but could the old football pitch on the army land next to waggoners wells be of any use to liphook united . . . not sure if it would be any good but when i was on parish council i am sure it was counted as an area of green land for recreaction use [though not sure of correct useage] i do remember games being played there many years ago . . maybe worth a look or question to parish council who i am sure could advise

Enquiries have been made about the football pitch on the M.O.D. land known as Ontario. I believe that this land is still regularly used by units of the Territorial Army and Army Cadets attening courses at Longmoor Camp.
It has also been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest as it is home to, among other creatures, the Dartford Warbler.
