Carnival Walk - 2nd September
- Alison (16th Jul 2012 - 09:26:24)

For the Liphook Carnival Walk this year we have four circular routes which start & finish at The Black Fox Inn. They are approximately 2 ½, 3, 5 and 9 miles to suit all ages and abilities.

The walk will depart from The Black Fox Inn, Portsmouth Road (B2070), Liphook at 9.45am on Sunday 2nd September 2012, registration opens at 9am. We are as usual raising money for the Liphook Carnival. Entry is £6 per adult and £3.00 for under 16’s or it is free if you are sponsored for an amount over the entry fee or for under 6 year olds.

There is an added incentive to get sponsorship!!!! We are offering a prize for the highest sponsorship obtained. There is a Luxurious “Relax Day for two” up for grabs, kindly donated by Champney’s Forest Mere.

You can obtain a sponsorship form by calling Rob or Alison on 01428 723331 or 07979 803804. If you are thinking of having lunch it is recommended you book in advance by calling The Black Fox on 01428 723218. Bacon butties and coffee will be available to buy from the pub before the walk commences.

Stout walking boots are recommended of course to avoid injuries and dogs are very welcome. Liphook is perched on the edge of the South Downs National Park so why not come along and make the most of what is on our doorstep.
