Tell your children to be careful
- Mrs Deadly (4th Jul 2012 - 21:05:51)

My son was followed part the way home from school this evening by a young male, when my son tried to text me to say he was being followed said youth stamped on his foot making him drop the phone, said youth then threw the phone across the road and raced over to stamp on the phone, telling me son that will teach you, and then ran off. This was at 3.45 this afternoon.

This is awful!!
I hope you have reported it and that your son is ok.

Thank you ck, have had the police round. Other than a sore foot from being stamped on and being pretty shaken up, he\\\'s doing alright.

This is truly shocking.

I am glad you reported it to the police.
Will they be able to do anything.

The schools should probably be made aware as well.

I hope your son regains his confidence soon, this is bound to have given it a knock.

I hope that any other parents will speak up if they witnessed this incident as this may help to identify the horrible yob.

We spent nearly 2 hours at Bohunt with my son looking at pictures, they were extremely helpful.
The police are taking it very seriously, but the description of the youth is very sketchy, he can describe what he was wearing but not his features, as every time my son turned round the coward ducked into off roads, until he made his move, and as my son was trying to contact me, he didn't really see his face.
The junior school was alerted.
It is unlikely that he will be caught unless he brags about what he has done to a friend and they have a consence, or they realise it was a 10 year old that he attacked.
