Re: One Week To Go!! - Mike Grimes (6th Aug 2006 - 23:45:08) Andrew, As an occupier of a relatively recentlly built house that is now part of Liphook, and as someone who did not complain about last year's GIG, I am struggling to understand the point you are trying to make. Bear in mind that the occupiers of new houses are rarely responsible for their construction. that bit's already done when they buy them, they just want to be part of a welcoming community and not seen as part of some evil conspiracy that dared to buy those houses that came after Sainsbury's but are seen, somehow, to be responsible for it. Ben will know, from correspondence we have had, that I genuinely support what he is trying to do. I urge everyone else to, too. Everyone needs somwhere to live and your house was new once, think about it.

The whole world hads gone mad like conkers with safety specs and non-sports, sports days ! These events should bring a village like ours together next job to get rid off the hoodies that were enjoying driving their mopeds across the rec on Friday afternoon where are the local bobbies ! - Most probably dealing with noise complaints ;>)
