Group Exercise classes in Liphook - Sharon (27th May 2012 - 10:01:39) Hi, I've been searching talkback for info on group exercise classes, but the messages may be out of date now. Does anyone know what group exercise classes are available in Liphook? I've been at Curves in Petersfield, but it's quite a long way to go, and the fuel costs are mounting up! So I'm looking for something closer! A pay-as-you go exercise session in the morning would be ideal. I can go to the Herons/the Edge, which is fine (closer that Petersfield anyway!) but I wondered what was on offer in Liphook. Thanks!

Re: Group Exercise classes in Liphook - Lucy (30th May 2012 - 21:07:40) I'm not sure if there are any classes in liphook but I can highly recommend The Fitness Barn. It is based at Upper Adhurst Farm, along the old a3, a mile or so up from the liss turning. I do a lot of classes there every week and thoroughly enjoy every single one and get a lot from them. They teach everything from Pilates to zumba and my favourite body combat! I haven't got their number to hand but if you google them all the class details are on their website. I hope this helps.

Re: Group Exercise classes in Liphook - Jen (18th Jun 2012 - 13:52:01) I can highly recommend Kath Tusler's classes. She is a franchisee of Rosemary Conley but you don't have to be overweight to go. Her exercise classes are highly enjoyable and friendly. Locally held at the Millenium Hall on Wednesdays at 5.45pm and many other times and venues.

Re: Group Exercise classes in Liphook - Jean (20th Jun 2012 - 11:12:42) There is a group of ladies that meet on the recreation grounds on a Wednesday morning at 9.00am. I only know this as I've seen them many times there while walking my dog.

There are a group of us that participate in a really fun ladies only Bootcamp from 9:15-10:15 every Weds. It costs £5 and you literally just need to turn up with a towel and water.
