O2 reception problems

I have been having reception problems since the weekend with O2. Having spoken to their customer services department, O2 is unaware of any problems. Has anyone out been experiencing similar problems and have you been able to find out the source of the problem?

Yes I have been experiencing problems and spoke to them at length yesterday. They didn't believe me at first as of course when they tried my phone it was fine...anyway eventually they realised there was a problem and filled out an engineers report and said that someone would look at it. Don't know about you but it's been much better today so I guess something has been done.
Just for future reference they told me that they had to have at least 2 calls from the public before they will start investigating any fault. So pester them if it continues.

Yes I did face the problem last week. But it seems to be working fine now.
