Does everyone's bin men put their bins across the drive, preventing them from driving on it, or is it just our helpful bin men? It's not where I left the bin!

Everytime!! This involves me parking on the road with young kids in the car while I move the bin and then turning around in the next road in order to get in the drive!!! Thought I was only one. Do they do it on purpose? Dangerous for me as kids are in car parked on Haslemere road while I not in the car.
