Dog crate - Tony H (30th Apr 2012 - 20:01:52) I am about to be given a young Labrador and will require a large dog crate for the settling in and training period. The size I need is 28x42x31" (width x length x height) and before buying a new one would consider a used crate in good condition. Re: Dog crate - Rhys G (1st May 2012 - 21:52:16) You could always rent one from F.C,. Hiscock in the village. Very reasonable rates and only a small deposit required, if I recall correctly. The staff are always very helpful and friendly too.

Re: Dog crate - Tony H (3rd Aug 2012 - 11:49:59) Less than twenty four hours after my enquiry on 30th April I was rung by a lady in Huron Drive inviting me to take her crate away. When I came to collect it she still refused payment eventually suggesting I make a donation to a dog charity instead. Measuring 36x26x26\", bronze and with a black tray it was in perfect condition and big enough.The Labrador puppy is now 4 months old and the crate has served its purpose. In the spirit of the original donor I would like to pass on the dog crate in the hope the next owner will also make a donation to a canine charity. My mobile number is 07977 067532 Tony H
